Don't give people your energy that don't deserve it. If you do, you will always wonder why you are surrounded by people who do not serve you.

A fire can only burn when given oxygen. The oxygen is your energy and energy comes in different forms. Your thoughts, your actions/reactions, your emotions = energy. The more energy expended, the more you attract.

That energy is your responsibility!

I'm not saying cut people off, that is still a negative action. 
And negative actions will always cause a negative reaction.

Simply, give less oxygen to the flame, and watch it fizzle out. Serve yourself before you serve anyone else!
